  1. Once again enjoyed listening to you last night and hope to come down again on Thursday as Friday 26th Aug is our last night on holiday. Great cornet section as usual – keep up the good work.

  2. Ref your concert at Brixham Town Hall for Rotary last Saturday. Congratulations. Best I’ve heard you play for a long time. Excellent concert all round, good value for money

  3. Thanks Roy … pity we were so average that evening but as you’ll know yourselves it’s sometimes a bit like that. We’re in rehhearsals for remembrance events then Xmas gigs now.

  4. Hi everyone. Thank you for making myself, wife Beryl and son Paul so welcome when we dropped in to your rehearsal at the end of September. Such a pity that we were only able to meet a few of you,but I know that like us,you had just finished a busy summer season and many were on holiday. We loved your music and only wish we could have stayed longer. Very best wishes to you all. We hope to come again. Please have a look at the website of our band at http://www.freewebs.com/greathorwood, or just google Great Horwood Silver Band. Thanks again. Roy Lack

  5. Sorry for delay in replying Peter (been away on hols). Thanks for your message and it was our pleasure …. as horn payer sat in front of you it was great to hear such a strong trombone section. Hope to see you again next time you’re down

  6. Hi David, Ian and the Band,

Many thanks for allowing me the privilege of playing with you last Thursday night. The music selection was great and very enjoyable to play. Hopefully my odd error on sight reading didn’t show too much and I have to admit I left the odd thing out that I couldn’t quite make out. I was also unaware that my family were listening and that my son was standing behind checking me out – “Not bad Dad” was his assessment. Overall it was my absolute highlight, among many, of our holiday in Brixham.

Many thanks again to you all, cheers, Peter BB
