Happily it kept fine if a little cold yesterday (Sat 13th Apr) at our Rotary ‘car park concert’ and again our thanks to our 2 regular guest helpers Bob and Ella.
The band played so well at Roy’s funeral service on Thursday 14th March 2019 giving him a moving send off and for those of us so sadly unable to attend here is a copy of the order of service:
After last weeks sadness it is good to see how Hannah has progessed so far. She started with Brixham band when she was 8 and is now a principle player with the world famous championship winning Cory band. She won the prestigious final of the Yamaha Music Foundation of Europe 2019 Scholarship ( check out this link ) and has had her featured 3 minutes on the Cory website ( check out this link )
